My Work
I have been involved in a variety of ultrasound and MR imaging related projects. Some of my key work includes- designing an actuator for magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) scanning
- designing a brain temperature phantom for MR spectroscopy
- creating a Doppler tissue imaging phantom
- developing a freehand 3D ultrasound system
- image processing using LabVIEW IMAQ and MATLAB
- evaluating arterial wall motion using a motorised test tool
- design of a mechanical 3D ultrasound scanning device
- creating patient-specific computerised arterial models for blood flow simulation.
