Once you have found a placement please fill in this personal details form (a word document) and send/e-mail it to Dr DM Ingram together with a description of your proposed programme of work during the placement. Once this form has been recieved he will confirm the arrangements for your placement and arrange for a suitable accademic member of staff to act as your placement tutor.
