Registration fees for AHS-2009 are as follows:

Early Registration up to 29 June 2009	$ 740.00
Early Registration students up to 29 June 2009	$ 590.00
Late Registration after 29 June 2009	$ 870.00
Late Registration students after 29 June 2009	$ 690.00

The conference fee includes:

Welcome cocktail and Conference Dinner
Coffee and tea breaks
Conference Proceedings

Additional Fee Event:

DAC Exhibition-Only up to 29 June 2009	$ 50.00
DAC Exhibition-Only after 29 June 2009	$ 95.00

The DAC Exhibition-Only (Monday July 27 to Thursday July 30) gives access to all four days of the Exhibition, the keynote sessions, including the plenary CEO keynote panel, all DAC Pavilion and Exhibitor Forum sessions, plus the new IC Design Central Partner Pavilion.

Registration Process:

You can register on-line via the DAC website or by fax using the faxable registration form Please note that for both options (on-line or fax) AHS-2009 registration options are included under the “Colocated Events” section. So, please make sure that you register to AHS-2009 event and pay the correct registration fee as shown above.

If you decide to register on-line proceed as follow:

1. On the first page, fill your name, affiliation and if you are "non-member non-student" (the price will be $740) or "student non-member" (the price will be $590) at this time (i.e., up to June 29).

2. On the second page, fill the attendee survey.

3. On Conference Registration page, select "Exhibit Only (Monday-Thursday) $50" if you want to participate to the DAC Exhibition-Only activities.

4. On Conference Registration page, select "Colocated Events" in the Registration Options.

5. On Colocated Events page, select "NASA/ESA Conference on Adaptive Hardware and Systems"

then check-out.

Confirmation

Once you have registered on-line or by fax above, you will receive a confirmation email directly from DAC. The email should mention in its "Registration Cost Breakdown" section a fee for the "NASA/ESA Conference on Adaptive Hardware and Systems (AHS 2009)" and a fee for "Exhibit Only (Monday - Thursday)" if you have registered to this event.
