Welcome to my collection of Greek recipes! If it's a well-known greek dish, dip or dessert that you are looking for, chances are that you will find the recipe here.
I collected these from various sites on the net, stripped them down to ASCII and gave them a simple index. I update them from time to time, and am open to requests (I have several greek cookbooks at home, and I wouldn't mind expanding this list!)
These recipe files are bare-bones, without bells and whistles; just
plain text, down from the net, through the printer and into the kitchen
(so that we can all stop drooling in front of the monitor and get cooking
as soon as possible!)
