MEng/BEng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering

Electronics and Electrical Engineering is our most general degree in the discipline of Electronics. It has been specifically designed such that the student can tailor his/her course to suit personal interests and abilities. Students graduating with one of these degrees will find themselves much in demand - one recent survey showed that our graduates had entered 23 different types of employment. Their analytical skills are in demand in a wide range of disciplines, many of which lie outside the normally recognised field of engineering.

The MEng and BEng degree courses in Electronics have a common structure in the early years with the core subjects of Mathematics, and Electrical Engineering. In the later years of the course specialist subjects are taught including Microelectronics, Power Engineering and Communications to name but a few.

Full details, including typical entrance requirements, can be found in the course flyer.
