PhD Project:
Risk Assessment of Oil Tanks when an Adjacent Tank is on Fire
The aim of this research project is to focus on the potential risks to adjacent tanks caused by proximity, radiant heat, potential for explosions in adjacent tanks, leakage due to unanticipated thermal expansions and other possible consequences of fire in a single tank.Project funded by Dorothy Hodgkin Postgraduate Awards
