NCE Graduate Awards 2003

The NCE Graduate Awards are an annual event to honour those Civil Engineering Graduates whom the profession has judged to be the future stars and leaders of the profession.

The 2003 Awards, sponsored by major industrial organisations (see link), have judged two of Edinburgh's graduates - Caroline Foulds and Sinead Smith, who both graduated in 2002 with First Class MEng degrees - to be 'Highly Commended. They are among the six finalists from 77 entrants and received their awards at a ceremony in November 2003.

This is a fabulous honour and the School of Engineering and Electronics and the Discipline of Civil & Environmental Engineering would like to extend their warmest congratulations to Sinead and Caroline. We are very proud to have two of our graduates awarded and recognised this way.
